The plane was three hours late leaving Podgorica. The reason that we were given was that the de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up and the ice to melt naturally. This meant we missed all our previously booked legs, and had to be rerouted using three other airlines that added a layover, an airport transfer, and overnight in a hotel. Not to mention that we arrived on Sunday, it's now Wednesday (Christmas Eve), and our checked bags (with Christmas gifts) have still not arrived. So - yeah. Not a great travel experience. Here's hoping Austrian Air does right for us by way of restitution.
