The food lately is just from poor to very poor. I bealeave that you can serve less quantities for more quality food. Exemple : at breakfast : omlete and vegetarian omlete ....I beleave with less work less personel could be provide some hummus and carrots and some boiled egss plus whatever snacks or drinks you wish.......
