The crew was great and boarding was smooth. However, with a 10+ hour delay, it was almost impossible to find someone to speak with about missed connections. They ended up putting me on a flight that did not work, but there was no one to speak to with only 6 hours between landing and taking off again on the new itinerary. In airport support could definitely use some work.
