But the pickup and drop off location was extremely difficult to actually find, and the pickup address given on the confirmation directed us to a location that was completely unrelated to the rental car location. In fact, we had to do a block to block search to locate it several streets over from the location given to us. After we found it, the pickup itself went smoothly.
