Internet worked to start with, but at some point it wouldn't connect using any of the devices I had with me and remained that way for the rest of the trip; could not even blame being out of network coverage, for all of that, as surely it should work across continental USA - worked for so little of the flight for me that I wouldn't have advertised that such a service was actually available; if I had had to pay extra for internet, I would have been demanding that money back.
