I have lived and travelled all over the world for most of my life - this experience to India on Air India was the worst I have had in both directions, so at least it’s consistent! The sarcasm is purely due to frustration and quality of the experience. My girlfriend took over a dozen photos of things that were broken, from loose electrical cables to several broken armrests. The food was dry, low quality, and choices at each serving were dismal. My video screen was broken in both directions. My partner too and her armrest broken so the seat could not be reclined on 15 + hr flight which was fully packed. We will be making social media posts about this such low quality experience and contacting Air India directly.
