Discover airlines is a budget airline, which has you pay for everything. On a flight that was just over 3 hrs, they offered one glass of water. You pay for everything else.

Staff were not friendly at all, very dry. There was chaos prior to boarding as people had to guess where to go and they were just standing there until they finally called the group numbers . Food was not that good either, flight attendants didn’t come around for drinks on a 9 plus hour flight to make sure people were hydrated. Again staff was not friendly.

Even though flight took off an hour late, we were able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt thanks to Lufthansa crew. The ground crew was waiting at the gate and received us and took us through special runway entrance and immigration check. We were on the plane at 10-09 am for 10-10 departure. Thanks to Andre and the other lady for mission impossible :) The business class seat looked narrow, what I realised later is the ergonomics behind it. It was fitting the body very well and had best 6 hours sleep on a 9 hour journey..
