The problem is the confusing pricing and upsell. It is so in transparent and confusing, that you end up double purchasing things for baggage and get stuff like priority luggage, however don’t get priority boarding for example. What is priority baggage actually mean anyway? Be more transparent about what you are selling and what you get for it, and don’t upsell me something that I have already purchased in a package. Just makes me feel like the whole thing is an upsell and confusing scam
