Check in at Barcelona is chaotic. Poor directional sign for check in patrons to locate appropriate lines to form. We presumed from our booking that priory boarding meant priority check in ….. clearly not the case. As a result we were in the wrong line for 45 minutes before a curt checkin clerk sent us to another line with over 400 people waiting. We barely made our flight. No other airline does this and it is clearly unsatisfactory service. Check in is disorganized hundreds of passengers forced into last call lines to make their flights. Announcements were in Spanish only so an non Spanish speaking customer is clearly disadvantaged and likely to miss their flight. This will be the last time we fly veuling and will never book with you again. PS if a customer books priority boarding this should include check in after all one pays a premium for priority that should include check in as is the case with all major reputable carriers.

Vueling looks very professional. There is an extra layer of safety about COVID I feel there is always a big risk of a delayed flight with Vueling. (That what’s the case) Otherwise, pleasant flight

The crew is always so flustered. The crew took a couple’s stroller at the plane door and when we landed in Paris they told them to go to baggage claim to get their stroller. The couple said the stroller should be brought to the plane door and asked how they expect to carry their baby son with several pieces of hand baggage. It was a mess to go to baggage claim as well. The crew is no help, the cabin is hot and stuffy. You don’t expect much with low cost carriers but that crew should have helped this couple for Christ’s sake, I mean come on, this couple bought front row seats to make sure they could make things efficient for their baggage and son, but the crew did absolutely Jack sh^t for this poor couple. My god. That stroller should have stayed on the plane. The crew should have made some customer check their baggage there or even the crew’s space for stowage should have been used. Shame on Vueling

I missed my flight on Wednesday at 6 and was told I just lost my money and that I would have to purchase new tickets without getting a credit. So, I spent another $800 for the next day to fly out at 6am and when we got there, they split my family up due to overbooking. They did not offer any help with food or anything. When asked if I wanted to just get my money back, I said yes and then was told that it was not an option and would have to wait 10 hours to fly out on next flight. Over all this was the worst flight experience ever.

By far one of the worst airlines I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service is very poor. Stay clear of any airline you cannot get a hold of a real person to help with your problem.

Pésimo servicio. Nos movieron el horario del vuelo lo cual afectó nuestro itinerario y la atención telefónica imposible. Nos presentamos al nuevo vuelo que nos asignaron y a pesar de tener asientos space plus el vuelo estaba sobrevendido y no no los dieron pero tampoco nos regresaron lo que habíamos pagado por ellos. El personal no fue nada amable, ni en el check in, ni en el abordaje ni en el vuelo.
