Staff is courteous. Food is served with a nice touch, with the chef coming out to discuss the menu. But the quality and variety of food and snacks is below competing airlines. Onboard in Vienna was a bit chaotic. I am 6 ft 1 in tall and the flat beds are a bit tight. Other than that, the overall experience was fine.
