Getting from the Airport to the City
Lille International Airport (LIL) is located 4 miles (6.5 km) south-south east of the city. It’s the twelfth busiest airport in France handling millions of passengers each year. Direct coach travel from the airport to the city runs once an hour. Expect a journey time of 20 minutes. Just outside the arrivals hall you can find an array of taxis but make sure to agree a price before setting off. There is also private car hire if you prefer.
