Had to pay £48 because my personal item was 1cm too big! Not happy! First & last time to fly Easy Jet. This small back pack has been used on many domestic & international flights without a problem. I could have easily put it in my luggage as my bag was 5kg under weight. Instead, I was charged £48 even though it didn’t add any extra weight to the flight and it could easily fit under the seat. Hint: Check the “personal item” size carefully!

The boarding experience should’ve been more controlled, the ground team should have explained to the passengers which end to board from. The seats are so rickety and uncomfortable, especially when you’re sitting next to someone that’s constantly moving around. Don’t bother with food. £8 for watery pasta.

The staff were friendly. The seats were pretty cramped and I’m not a big person. Can’t really comment honestly on the food as I just got some tea and biscuits. I would fly easy jet again but not on any flight longer than 3 hours.
