Well. It is a no frills airline. Annoying is that even for the long-haul everything has to be paid for separately. Once you add up the extras the flight is getting to expensive. Then one might as well fly with a legacy carrier which provides far better comfort.

I have flown Air Europa before and my experience has always been good and pleasant. Yesterday, was no exception. Another great trip, smooth flight, though bumpy at times, well attended and confortable. I look forward to flying. Air Europa again in the future.

1. We could not check in to our flight online, as the website would freeze multiple times. We had to go to check in desk at airport to get boarding passes. 2. The seats I selected while booking the flights to and from Mallorca, were not the seats that we sat in. 3. I paid for 2 checked bags and to chose my own seats however I to pay again as the check in desk said I did not pay for the 2 checked bags and the seat selection (see #2) 4. Overall, the flight was good however the check in process was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend flying on Air Europa
