Seats were worn and could be more comfortable but other than that, everything was very good.

It was absolute mayhem. Whether it was trying to check our bags and everyone in line trying to skip each other and being no order. Or it was trying to board the plane and the staff at the gate messing around for an HOUR for no reason causing us to be an hour late to our next spot and almost missing our flight. Or it was the general lack of care and selfishness that seeped into the entire experience. Some of the staff were nice and the food was alright but all in all I won’t be taking this airline ever again.

The employee at the counter reserved me and my wife non adjacent seats, seats in different rows in fact for both flights - Cairo-CasaBlance, CaseBlanca-Toronto - which was upsetting. Fair enough there may have been no available seats near each other, but we should have been warned and see what we could do, not find out when we're on board. From Cairo to Casa Blanca: I sat next to two very annoying teenagers who were annoying, loud, disrespectful of other passengers and the crew themselves. To my surprise the crew didn't try to stop them at all. I had to calm the boys myself.
