Worst airline experience. NEVER again will I fly with RAM. lost luggage. You can speak to no one at the airline. They do not communicate at all. They lost all of our luggage exceeding $5,000. Flew business class and no one has resolved our issue

I was delayed for over an hour in Montreal, inbound to Casablanca, which resulted in me missing my connecting flight to Lagos. I ended up staying, spending over 24 hours at the airport with no accommodation arranged. It was a very terrible experience, I fell sick and had body pains for days. The RAM employees weren't very helpful either. They were very dismissive and could not help at all. Overall, the experience was really terrible. The return flight from Lagos to Montreal was way better.

No boarding call. No announcement. No boarding process. They simple open the gate and you get pushed and shoved to board. Extremely chaotic.
