Boarding process needs improvement on the international flight from Lisbon to the usa. There were no Priority boarding, and the line was huge and a single line for the entire flight.

Not pleasant experience. The flight had been delayed multiple times with no one to explain. Finally the passengers went and found someone to come and help. The flight then was moved to the next day morning, guess what? It was delayed again 😩
