Vueling flights from London to Santiago de Compostela (LON - SCQ)

I missed my flight on Wednesday at 6 and was told I just lost my money and that I would have to purchase new tickets without getting a credit. So, I spent another $800 for the next day to fly out at 6am and when we got there, they split my family up due to overbooking. They did not offer any help with food or anything. When asked if I wanted to just get my money back, I said yes and then was told that it was not an option and would have to wait 10 hours to fly out on next flight. Over all this was the worst flight experience ever.

I could not go because my wife is in hospital, as ever the airline never refunds if you have to cancel and insurance never pays out if some one else is the reason you have to cance. Holiday Inn at Bilbao also refuses to cancel so you lose all of your money, I will never fly with veuling, I will never stay at holiday Inn and I will never book through any booking agent that offers non refundable services. The travel industry will gradually find itself with far less travellers than it has been used to, we are sick and tired of being ripped off!

First flight was canceled and they only offered a flight three days later after a wait of 6-7 hours without any information. They have no working process and no own staff in Stuttgart.
