This was a terrible flight. Uncomfortable, incredibly hot in the plane. Will never fly with this airline again.

We wished that Asiana Airlines website should perform better by itself. Thanks to "Genfly" by Kayak that helped us get the tickets for us. Genfly also follow up with update flights schedule all the way. We gave Asiana Airlines "GOOD", and "Genfly" by Kayak "EXCELLENT" **** BTW...we will do it again nest time. Real passengers.
