Buses with only 6 seats tranfering paasenger to plane parked on tarmac. 7 once get off the bus passengers are stepping up all steps to reach planes entrance door. Problem for passengers have a knee problem n slighly poor health condition. 8 cost of priority seat reservation too high compared to air india. 9 they advertise their religion on entertainment platform. 10 map navigation software shows on Arabic language about 3/4 of time and 1/ 4 of selected language after languages selection of software. Once languages sected display shoud show on selected lunguage not the arabic lunguage 75 % of time. 11. Some seats are blocked for selection all the time and never open for customer option.
