The flights were fine. However, on 7 May on the way to Prague in the Copenhagen terminal we asked SAS to provide assistance, and were assured we would have it, when we arrived from Prague to Copenhagen on 11 May so we wouldn't have to walk the long distance between the arrival gate and the departure-to-Newark gate. Assistance never showed up. Because of that we had to rush with great difficulty across the airport by foot. Luckily we were just in time to board our flight to Newark.
