Great airline to fly. I never expected a premium class service from a budget airline. Overall im truly happy and satisfied with Shandong Airlines. In future definitely will fly again. Some of the budget airline in Asean country must learn how to provide a great service as Shandong Airlines. Grateful n thanks!
