|Jul 2023When arrived in St. John’s car was not ready and we had to wait. Paid 2400.00 for 10 days which is ridiculous. Returned car and everything was fine and then we get a call saying there was a stain in the trunk. We are being charged 250.00 for the cleaning of the trunk. Absolutely horrified at the price, just price gouging customers. Will never rent from budget again, total rip-off!!! 😢
