Firstly they refused to rent the car I had already paid because it’s was gonna be more expensive but refused to let me make my own decision and of course upgrade my rent with 3 times more the original price, and when returned, I make sure I asked if everything was ok and they say yes, a day later a 27 fee was charge for a extra day that I ask if everything was ok I would keep it until last minute because I had to wait in the airport for 6 more hours for my fly but when upgraded my car they added an extra day because I supposed to get my car at 3 pm and I did not got one until almost 7 pm !

They not provide the same service as it manchen on contract. They do not obey unlimited mileage. And can't be reached by the phone to confirm details. The worst rental company in the World.

Quick and painless. Great.

We never got the car. Even though it said my total was 260 when I got to the counter the agent at first said they didn’t have any cars and then said there is a fee of about $200 to drop off in Windsor. My orignal itinerary said pick up yyz and drop off at Windsor airport so I’m not sure why the up charge.

Terrible, agent was rude and car smelled like smoke

I got great directions about where I was going. But I did not get the type of car I reserved.

Car wasnt washed properly before handing over to us and it had garbage underneath the seats.

First of all, guide for “how to get shuttles “ is poor. Then, I waited for the shuttle half hour. In the office, all dirty, two persons at the front desk just want to rob you….they can see on your reservation what did you pay but they still want to sell you same insurance and stuff. Also, on my reservation it’s clearly noted “unlimited mileage “ and they said “yes, but our company policy said 200km max”. After 10 min of arguing they said “ok, but this is our gift, not what you should get mister”. Next, I got a car with just 1/4 of tank, and instead to go and finish my job which is the reason of renting a car, I started to search for the gas station. About the car-have no complains. Return of the car was disappointing….I have left 3/4 of the tank and ask them for refund for the gas. I show them a receipt for the gas. Company agent said that I should have better eyes next time and that I can take the gas out but they will not refund me the money. And, on the end, the driver who gives me the ride back to the airport was a lunatic-literally. He drove super fast, he stopped in half way to buy some food for him and when he wanted to go backup on the road he hit something behind…and instead to see what he’d hit, he just ran…and I felt absolutely unsafe!!!! So, I will never again use this company, they treat me like an animal, they don’t deserve my respect and my money. Thank you Mladen Okic

Loads of stealth charges, ended up costing about 3x the agreed price online

I waited in line for two and a half hours only to be told they cancelled my reservation because it was more than two hours past my reservation time. I put my reservation time as the time my flight landed. They did not care and had me leave in an Uber. I don't recommend any use this rental center. extremely long wait times
