A two and half hour delay caused havoc with all connections. Otherwise on board service was great.

I always enjoy flying KLM. Service is attentive, friendly and professional. The seat, when fully reclined is a little hard; some kind of mattress or topper would be helpful here. The dinner was really not very good …. “Meatless meatballs” tasted quite peculiar. Breakfast which consisted of an egg white omelette in flour tortilla was also rather tasteless.

The flight was excellent, the staff were very friendly and nice,. However the landing in Vancouver was very rough and the KLM lounges were very small and way below average

Overall, the flight from Leeds Bradford to Amsterdam was at expected. The crew were efficient at boarding and professional on board. The only issue was extremely slow check in at Leeds Bradford which was very frustrating.
