In the economy section one of the bathrooms was reserved for first class which made for very long lines in for the bathrooms. The temperature for the flight was very cold. I ended up catching a mild cold on the way home. No blankets were handed out / offered. The food service was OK but no napkins were given with the meals -- very weird. The crew as OK but definitely not nice and welcoming.
