Getting around Esperance, Western Australia

Although there is no public transport in the centre of town, you can still get around the area by hiring a local taxi. Alternatively, you can hire a car to travel out to the surrounding national parks and beaches in the area. If you are planning to tour around nearby towns, there is a major highway that runs from Esperance to Kalgoorlie in the north and a second highway that runs west along the coast towards Perth.

Esperance Airport (EPR) is situated 14 miles (22 km) north of the town centre near the town of Gibson.
