Flight was delayed by 3.5h and we still had to go to the airport at the regular check in time, which means we spent close to 6h at the airport, As a result we missed a third connection (for which we have planned 3h but with the delay wasn't enough) and not only lost the tickets without a refund but had to pay $$$$ to get new ones.
