This meant we missed all our previously booked legs, and had to be rerouted using three other airlines that added a layover, an airport transfer, and overnight in a hotel. Not to mention that we arrived on Sunday, it's now Wednesday (Christmas Eve), and our checked bags (with Christmas gifts) have still not arrived. So - yeah. Not a great travel experience. Here's hoping Austrian Air does right for us by way of restitution.
