Transparency. There was a gate change that was not disclosed on my ticket that made the connection to Vegas hurried. Also, it’s a given that for international travel, luggage pickup is required at first port of entry in the US, but please don’t have international employees set the expectation that luggage does not have to be picked up until the final destination. If I followed her instructions, my luggage would have been sitting at my connection now.

Ground staff in Seville are incompetent. I fly over 300K KM per year and understand rules. Had to waste time to try to get baggage checked through for entire reservation but ground crew insisted I had to claim in Madrid. Once in Madrid, Ground staff said that it should have been checked through and did recheck the baggage. Wasted time and energy. Not level of service expected when flying business class with family and 10 suitcases. And one suitcase got lost.
