This was all around a bad experience. The airline bumped my flight to being 2 hours earlier and had no other alternatives for me even within 2 days. So I had to wake my 2 small children at 2:30am to board a 5:00am flight. This also made our layover 4 hours instead of the 2 we had planned, so it was impossible to get any rest with the itinerary that we had. The seats were hard and uncomfortable and the airline charged extra for seats and luggage which I did not realize when I booked. There were no snacks or drinks served. The announcements at the airport for boarding were all in Spanish and no one translated them to English so many people were confused about when to board. At one point they got us in a big line to board and then we stood there crammed together for a long time. One of the landings was super bumpy and made us a little nervous. All around not great, but the change in schedule made it so that I don't think I will fly them again.

One of the landings was super bumpy and made me nervous. All around a bad experience.
