I reserved an economy car for several reasons; cost, gas mileage it would have, and low entry because I needed to transport my elderly mother and aunt. I got a 4 wheel drive SUV with a high entry. It was difficult for them both to maneuver to get in and out of car with increased fall risk. I was offered the same price as an economy car but still had to pay for the added gas needed vs the economy car.

Drop off & pick up were very easy. Staff was friendly. Was able to find a small SUV to accommodate our party.

Reservation was for a large 4 door sedan. We were assigned a 2 door car. I explained to the staff member we were a party of 5 and I reserved a 4 door car. He was quickly able to find us a small SUV. It was still tight but certainly better than the 2 door car.

I had a mystery vehicle, i.e. I didn't select what we would get, but I was very pleased with what we were given. Vehicle wasn't ready at the appointment time so we had to wait nearly an hour to get the vehicle. Cost to rent seemed expensive.

Everything was great except the price. $3600 for 10 days rental for a full sized car. I guess that’s because of the car shortage. Wow.

The website refused to allow us to reserve a car for the 4:30 pickup time. It read that, but when the final version came up it defaulted to 9 PM. Very messy. HOWEVER, the local agent figured a way to reconcile the situation so it worked well in the end. Just extremely frustrating at home, trying to make it work right.

Vehicle was filthy when I picked it up, I never got a receipt when I checked out and very disorganized process for renting. Keys lying all over the counter and staff acts like it’s their first day on the job trying to find your records and navigate the computer. Also pricing was not what was quoted on website.

Staff at Rapid City, SD was friendly and cars were right out the airport exit doors.

Staff could of been more familiar with the additional insurance sold on the web site. They told me it didn't cover an additional driver, which is why I purchased it through you rather then budget.

The car was a very smooth ride and drove very well. Was very handy to have the two extra seats in the back that made it comfortable for 6.

They were not very good at explaining all the extra charges associated with the insurance and gas options which cause my rental to wind up being almost double the original quoted price.
