The car provided was not the car advertised. I was provided an old car with 1110,000 kilometers on it. It was worn and the transmission was failing. Also, I reserved and was charged for an SUV and was provided the old k-car which was a Skoda (which not a nice care make even when new). The staff were friendly at the office. Returning the car takes some time, so if you are catching a flight, allow about 45 minutes for car return.
