The car was not cleaned when I got it While returning, I had to put up with a 15 min wait for someone to come get the keys, and an additional wait for him to do a detailed inspection of the car even though I paid for full insurance. Overall, not what you would expect for the price

High pressure for upgrades and tactics to not let you decline insurance. Was forced to get an upgrade and pickoff and drop off were long waits despite reservation. Did not get a receipt for more than a day later. Bad value.
