Even though I paid for a ticket that included check in baggage and seat assignment, they did not honor the seat assignment and said it was not included. I paid for 6 tickets, 6 bags so I wanted to ensure we sat together for the long flight. I was given the worst seats possible, very last row, next to the bathroom, and a windowless "window seat". Not what I expected when I made the reservation.
