The sales person renting the car was knowledgeable regarding insurance, need for toll transponder, and condition of the car (a few minor scrapes). By suggesting that my credit card may already cover collision damage (he was correct) and explaining the need for a transponder where I was headed (he was correct again) he saved my a great deal of money. His performance also underscored the reputation of Economy Rent a Car as the best place to “Rent a Car”. Nothing could have been better on both pick-up and return. Dave Weatherbee

I didn’t like the hidden fees which quickly added up to an expensive rental. They should be upfront about their so called additional fees which aren’t optional.

I entered in my information for a different drop off point and when I submitted my order, it just reverted back to where I was initially picking up the car because you dont have a drop off in maimi . At that point there was no way that I could get my money back so this was a complete waste of $165. We had to rent another car for $600 because of this bullshit

Nothing, won't rent with them again. They have a lot of conditions that are not shown when you are doing the booking, so we never rented.

After a rude conversation/argument, I left and never ended up getting the car because they didn’t understand insurance coverage and didn’t care to try to learn or understand! Very patronizing! I felt like things might have been a little different if I wasn’t a female!

staff unfriendly, long wait. The person who drove my rental before me reported tire leaking air. Staff only topped off the tire. A day later the leak reappeared and I discovered a screw in the unrepairable area of rear driver side tire. as a result I had to replace the tire at my cost as there was no record of the flat tire made. Lesson for me not to trust the words of staff but verify myself. Note: I dropped the car off at a Fort Myers location. Staff was friendly and filed the claim on my behalf. No results yet.
