BUD - LHR

We had an absolute nightmare experience with British Airways. Check in was bad. They “lost” our business class seats that I selected a long time ago. Our luggage almost didn’t make it on the plane in London to LAX. Flight attendant was rude!! Not that it should matter but she thought bc of the seat assignment issue we were “upgraded” and that’s we had no choice in meals. Not that the meals were any good anyway.
