Cheap Car Hire in East Boston, Boston from £22

Manuel was the greatest rental agent. He was very kind and helpful.

I was sold a toll pass I didnt need and the vehicle had damage that wasnt clearly outlined in the agreement, when I queried it I was given a verbal confirmation that its ok as its in the system.

Ok so the Drop Off was Excellent, we were delayed by traffic and were offered a lift direct to the terminal from your very friendly and helpful team, which really saved the day. we could not be more grateful for that Pick up the team were also great, and really helpful in getting us a car seat for our child, and we felt very looked after... however we did have to queue for over an hour, (with a six year old after a 9hr flight...) in a building with no coffee or entertainment available at all. The man on the desk, (also really helpful and nice) said that this queue wasn't unusual, and that it was 'always like this'. none of the other car hire firms had anything like this long a queue. a couple of extra desk agents could have sorted it out i'm sure.

I waited for 2hrs at pick up a hour and a half past my reservation and was late for my appointment

Kayak site did not explain I could get an electric car, which I did not want. They doubled the cost at the counter for a gas car. Seemed unethical by Kayak and the car rental company

Pick was horrible. The line was well over an hour. And the Dollar representative was nasty. The drop off was confusing. I expected much better from your company.

Understaffed, again. No more Dollar renting- Honolulu was two and 1/2 hrs to get the rental, Boston was a little over an hour. Both are too long of a wait.
