Cheap Car Hire in Heritage Palms, Fort Myers from £25

The Hertz at Fort Myers airport was great

Overall, a good experience although the drop off in Miami needs people directing the activities better.

Car we ended up with was ok. We had to return 1st car as it had a wobble. 2nd car had check engine light. Price was wrong in e-mail and Hertz didn't want to do anything about it. Fought for 1st 2 hrs of our vacation to get the price quoted

First car had less than half a tank of gas. There was no one around to help

They charged me extra money for a car that was booked for lower price , stating there is no car available in my class. I am Very disappointed . No more booking with Dollar.

I booked this through cheap flights it was supposed to be $199 everything included they even added the insurance in there by the time I got done it was $330 some odd dollars and a lot of double speak and I was already late because they sent you three different places to actually pick up the car never again I'll never do it through cheap flights and I will never rent from Dollar Thrifty or hurts again I'm going back to Enterprise few dollars more but at least they know what the hell they're doing and no surprise fees I use 3 gallons of gas the girl talked me into a gas program that was supposed to replace the gas at a competitive price 40 cents higher than anything I saw in Fort Myers is not a competitive price charging me $73 for a quarter tank of gas is absolutely ridiculous and trust me I'm not done spreading the word about how I got screwed at Dollar and ultimately h e r t z

The vehicle I rented had very loud road noise. Hard to hear the radio or someone on the phone. In the future I would upgrade ( & I found a few upgrade in my email later).

The rental process worked well except for the long wait in line for an agent at the ft Myers airport.

With a 90 minute estimated wait to pick up a car, we went on Expedia.com and booked an Alamo car on the spot, for only a small amount ore. The $50 difference saved us over an hour in a line. Will NOT rent from Budget again !

We had to cancel do to a family emergency and you would not refund are money for your car rental so thanks a lot got nothing

The price is different for pickup/ online

I specifically picked a vehicle for 5 people and 4 suitcases. The tiny vehicle we got was not equipped for that. We had four adults with four suitcases. Only 3 would fit in the back so we had to squeeze on in the backseat.

I called 4 times while waiting for a pickup at the airport. I was left sitting there along with others for an hour. It was bad. no explination given.

The service provided was good

Would have liked to have had Navigation in the car since we were traveling. Did not know I had to arrange for that. Otherwise good car.

Nice car easy pick up and drop off

The entire staff was courteous and extremely helpful.
