|Sept 2023The car was fantastic. It was bigger than expected and the boot was huge. It made life easier with two special needs children. Staff at the desk could’ve been more friendly.

|Aug 2023The car was in poor condition. There were pills on the floor near the drivers seat. The sensors are delayed I advised the center to not offer this car to any other patrons. Keep in mind, this wasn't even the car that I originally wanted because of size. So basically, it wasn't what I wanted, it was in poor condition and it drives poorly. Unfortunately, this was an all around bad experience.

|Feb 2026Getting the car took a LONG time. They took us to the budget desk but only 1 person the manager was able to deal with the thrifty rentals. There was no sign or info so waited in line to be told to go to another desk and wait again. Took a long time. The car didn't have snow tires which I expect in NY in the winter especially with all the snow we have been having. They were polite and friendly but moved very slowly.

|Aug 2024My first ever experience with thrifty was terrible. I made my reservation online for a 8pm pickup and when I got there the attendant refused to honor or even look at my reservation email. She didn't even check the system and said they were sold out of vehicles. I told her that I was trying to make it home with my wife and two young children. She had no empathy for me. It was as if she didn't even care. I walked over to Avis and they helped me with ease. I was able to make it home and even for half the price. Never will I ever use thrifty again. Avis won my business

|Sept 2023Very bad. When I arrived at the desk (with a confirmed booking)they told me that they had no cars available. Not able to get a car at thrifty. We went to AVIS for a perfect car at a perfect price.
