Booked a rideshare to get from my hotel to the rental office, when I arrived I was told that they canceled my reservation because they do not have any cars available. I told them that a phone call or email would have been nice before I paid for a ride to come here, and the agent pointed at another customer and said “well, he’s been here waiting on a car since 8:00 AM” … I’m not sure what point he was trying to make, but this rental center has very poor customer service.

The van had 2 bulging tires which made the van shake when we drove it not to mention the safety hazard. Took van back and after much waiting and looking for help finally got another van which had a slider the wouldn’t shut Twilight zone feeling

We stood in line at the Budget counter in the Tampa airport for almost 45 minutes to learn our reservation was not at the airport, it was offsite and the office had closed. This was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient as I was traveling with my mother i. Law who required a wheelchair. They were able to get me a car but it cost almost 4 times as much. Bye bye Kayak

Do not rent from this company or its affiliates. Major staffing shortages and mismanagement causing huge delays over 3 hours at most airports
This company is a scam to the very end. Hidden fees and awful service. The only person I can honestly say anything nice about is the shuttle driver. He was polite and must hear so many stories about this corrupt company day after day after day he could make your head spin. The rating they have must be ballot boxed stuffed. If this looks like a bargain initially dont act on it. Go with the big names and pay what looks like the bigger fee up front because it will be less in the end.

This rental company is a rip off. Felt like I was in a third world country being hustled from the very beginning of this process.

All went well. Car was good, ease of registration was good. However, I was not told about the $2 admin fee for each toll.

I was not informed that supplemental insurance would be mandatory without a physical insurance card. Usually, an insurance policy number is all that is required. This extra insurance drove the cost out of the value range for which it was offered/booked. I can't believe this is legal.
Collection at the airport was terrible. There was a long line and it took us over 45 minutes to collect our car. There were only 4 people working on the desks and it took at least 15 minutes per customer for no obvious reason at all - lots of standing around waiting while they called down for the car. Not what you want after a long flight. Enterprise stand in contrast had no wait! The car itself was great - nearly new, great condition and a hybrid so very economical. Return drop off was simple
