Booked a rideshare to get from my hotel to the rental office, when I arrived I was told that they canceled my reservation because they do not have any cars available. I told them that a phone call or email would have been nice before I paid for a ride to come here, and the agent pointed at another customer and said “well, he’s been here waiting on a car since 8:00 AM” … I’m not sure what point he was trying to make, but this rental center has very poor customer service.

The van had 2 bulging tires which made the van shake when we drove it not to mention the safety hazard. Took van back and after much waiting and looking for help finally got another van which had a slider the wouldn’t shut Twilight zone feeling

We stood in line at the Budget counter in the Tampa airport for almost 45 minutes to learn our reservation was not at the airport, it was offsite and the office had closed. This was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient as I was traveling with my mother i. Law who required a wheelchair. They were able to get me a car but it cost almost 4 times as much. Bye bye Kayak
